By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. 10wan reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close accounts where the minimum age requirement is not met.
1.2 You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the 10wan platform is lawful in the jurisdiction in which you reside or from which you access the platform. 10wan is an international gaming platform and makes no representation that access to or use of its services is lawful in every jurisdiction. 2.4 10wan reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) documents — including but not limited to a valid CNIC, passport, or proof of address — at any time, including prior to processing withdrawals. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.
3.1 10wan accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
3.2 The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200 (Pakistani Rupees two hundred) or as otherwise stated in the cashier at the time of the transaction. Maximum deposit limits may apply and may vary based on payment method and account tier.
3.3 All deposited funds are held in your 10wan PKR wallet and may be used for real-money wagering across any available product category — casino, sportsbook, crash games, or slots.
3.4 10wan does not accept deposits made by or on behalf of third parties. You must only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts may be declined, and associated winnings may be voided.

5.4 In the event of any inconsistency between these general Terms & Conditions and the specific terms of a promotion, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence.

6.2 In the event of a technical malfunction — including server errors, disconnections, or game software failures — 10wan reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wagered amount to the player's PKR wallet. Bets settled prior to a detected malfunction will stand unless there is clear evidence of a system error that materially affected the outcome.
6.3 Live casino games are conducted in real time. Once a bet is placed and confirmed, it cannot be reversed unless the game rules specifically permit cancellation. Decisions of the live dealer are final, subject to any dispute resolution process described herein.
